- Returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.
- Sale items and items purchased using any discount code, are all FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unsoiled and unwashed, with all original tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.
- All returns require approval using a return request. Merchandise sent without approved return will not be accepted.
- Merchandise must be returned within seven (7) days of receiving your approved return.
- Due to health regulations, merchandise that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at our discretion to decide if the returned item has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
- Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- The returning shipping costs are the client's responsibility.
- BRAZIL HEAVEN is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.

Drop your package off at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or post office or arrange for a free pickup.
- We aim to process all returns within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise and your refund will be with you within ten (10) days.
